A lake, a vineyard and a taste of Campi Flegrei

The first part is in common with the tour “The waterways towards Miseno”.

It’s a nice ride through the Phlegraean Fields: together we will discover the nature of the place and we will savor all the magic of the wines and the food of this place. We will reach the small and pretty town of Pozzuoli, we will visit its beauties and then we will set off again towards Lago d´Averno (Lake Averno).

On the right river of the lake there is a typical place, the familiar Mirabella vineyard, where you will be offered a delicious glass of wine. The Piedirosso red and the Falanghina white will be in the spotlight, in addition you can enjoy an optional lunch (by reservation only) with good natural and healthy products, all homemade. This vineyard is a member of the “Slow Food” network, which precisely deals with the enhancement of territories through genuine food.

To help you with digestion, you can walk on “Monte Nuovo”, the most recent volcano in the Phlegraean Fields complex (XVI century), while crossing its vineyards.

Then we will take the bikes again and return to Pozzuoli and Naples by a very panoramic road which borders the sea. Finally we will take a short walk along the pier of Via Coroglio.
Our expert guides will give you more information about these magical and surprising places.
